How much for a near-mint '91 Formula "Power-Bulge" hood?

Hey all... now that the Formula's parked in the garage and ready to be worked on through the winter... I want to go ram-air... get a functional Ram-Air II setup. I'd like to know how much you guys think I could get out of my current hood... it's the Formula "Power-Bulge" hood from my '91. It looks great. The screaming chicken and "5.0 Liter" are just decals, not painted or anything. What do you think?

From what i've seen in the classifieds, our power-bulge hoods aren't that uncommon. And even though the paint may be in good shape, most likely the buyer will want to paint it to match his car. My guesstimate would be around $100.

Okay, that's cool... I don't expect to make a fortune off of it, but whatever I could get would be nice since it would be useless to me anyway. Thanks for the info.

$650?? That's insane. I see those hoods being sold all over the place, and i've seen them quite a bit in the classifieds board. I did a search, and I found one where the guy was asking $150 for it. So i'd try asking at least $150 if I were you.

Put your hood on ebay. Make sure you take nice pictures and I think you could get 150-200 easily!

For what its worth, I paid $25 for a stock firebird hood in good shape. I have a spare in case of accident or need for large blower scoop

flat standard hoods, including the T/A & GTA Hoods are really Inexpensive compared to the Power Buldge Hoods...
