Pics of my Tach and Guages
Sorry the pictures aren't very good. They are some just some quick shots to give everyone an idea. I will get some more later as soon as my computer stops being weird.
Tell me what you think ... any comments ... suggestions? I know I have to finish putting in one of my white vents on the driver side. And I need a white face overlay over my stock guages.
They are on the top: Air/Fuel Guage. Middle: Oil Pressure (Mechanical). Bottom: Water Temp. (Mechanical). If you need any help or advise on how to install then just let me know. It was easier then I thought.

Well it's not a stupid question.
My old tach was acting up. It was very sparatic. It would work sometimes and when it worked it would stick and jump all over the place. And I was at Ramchargers and I just couldn't pass it up.
Yes it is the original color. I will get out there later to get the paint code for you. I really love the color and so does everyone else that I meet.

That colour will be perfect. Any other quick pics??? Maybe a side view. Thanks! And I appreciate you taking the time to get the code for me.. I will also need the year of the car to match it up right. Looks like a 91-92 right??
Thanks
Keiran
not many people know, but factory tachs can be way off expecially in our third gens, I put in an aftermarket tach even though I have a factory one, and my factory one is 1,000 rpm off, so when my factory one is at 6 my aftermarket one is at 5, so before i was shifting way too early.

well since you only have to concentrate on the shift light, not the whole tach to shift then it really doesn't matter where it is as long as you can catch it lighting up.
I ordered the triple guage pod from Jegs. When I ordred it ... it said that it was for a hard top, but when I got the piece it was actually for a T-Top. And instead of waiting forever for the right piece ... which I don't know of anyone who makes it neither does Jegs. I just chooped about an inch off the top and it fits perfectly. You can't even tell. I will get some more pictures.
It's hard to tell in the picture, but the tach is actually pinted directly at me and is not hard to see at all. I have no problem looking at it and keeping an eye on the road. It has helped me out alot so far. Definatly worht the price and it was very eay to install too!
