My first camaro 88 sc was keyed twice stolen cd player my iroc has had the cd player stolen once too

Almost everybody has had an incident......

If there is one thing i learned is that the police are worthless, I solve my own problems when it comes to my car.....

When mine was vandalized, the police threatened to arrest me becuse they thought i was committing insurance fraud..... ........no offense, but they should stick to their doughtnuts, what kind of 17 year old kid, destroys his own car in hopes of committing a FELONY of insurance fraud.........WHEN, here is the kicker........the damage was LESS THEN MY DEDUCTIBLE, so i didn't even call my insurance, but the cops found it necessary to call my parents and tell them, that i had my friends do it to get some money.....

I don't like police and I'm done ranting.........

Had a pumpkin smashed on it, spit on, and rearended about a week ago. Didn't do any damage though. Luckly, those plastic bumpers are pretty soft.
And for some reason, girls really like to sit on cars. Especially mine.

 

Yeah. A couple of weeks ago my Sport Coupe was egged, pissed on, and had barbeque thrown all over it while it was sitting across from my church where I was attending a Sunday Service. I really pissed me off. The stupid cop came and filed a police report, and I haven't heard anything from the cop, and it hasn't been touched since.

 

My car has been stoned by somebody at work. Some idiot decieded to do a burnout in the gravel parking lot and slung gravel onto my rear bumper and put 13 eaisly visible scracthes and cracked my pass tail light which was in perfect condition after I had completly restored it. I still havent found out who did it. FLYNLOW92rs, the cops have hassled me too. The very first day I drove my car into town I got pulled over for no reason. The cop comes up to me and says "alwright you speed demon, I clocked you going 46 in a 45, and theres a report of a vehicle like this being stolen. "I said sir I have the title and regstration right here." He replied step out of your car and follow me. Well he took me to the station and after some threats of a lawsuit for an unlawful arrest they let me go. And those bastards called my parents too, and they believed them even though my parents were with me when I bought the car. LOL Eventually it dawned on them that I was telling the truth and it was my car and not stolen. I dont like the police in my area at all because of that crap. They did find the stolen camaro though, the mans son took it to a party and didnt tell him. Whew im done ranting.

 

I had two cops pull their guns on me because they were watching the area for auto theft, and came to the conclusion that i was too young to be driving and that i was stealing the car because i had a craving for a steak taco at 3 am and wanted to go to Taco Bell.........

They too tried to redeem themselves by saying i was in fact stealing the car, just from my own parents instead of someone else....

They woke my parents up with the line "We have some bad news for you, your son drives a green camaro right?, well it seems their has been an incident he was involved in"...... ........they flipped out thinking i had died in an accident instead they were like what happened?

Cops - "We caught him trying to steal your car"

Yea, my mom drives a camaro with a big wing and rims....... .......whose great detective work was that.....

 

I'm with Fyrelance, noone touches my car. If you even think about touching my car you better apologize.

I work in a less-than-habitable part of town (County hospital) and found that gouge several months back. The joke is on the pitiful soul that perpetrated the crime, as the wing is the "decomposition special" aero unit, waaaaay past the end of its life cycle.

Had I seen this happen, I would not rationalize the incident. I would be too busy pleading Self Defense in court:

"Your Honor, he turned around with a large screwdriver and I had no chance to back up." "What do you mean, 'He says you tossed it to him before snapping his arms off and jamming them in his a$$'?" heh

My most recent was a key job the whole way down my hood! It happened at college, called the cops and they came to file a report, cop was pretty cool. We talked about the car and some of his cars. Then there was this time i was waiting for my mom to meet me for supper and i parked in the lot away from everyone and the HUGE LTD pulled next to me with 4 old ppl in it. Nothing against old ppl but i knew what was about to happen. He opened the pass. door and whackkkkk!! I got out and flipped on him, them my mom pulled up and seen me and made me apologize to him, but i was so mad cuz he was trying to say he didn't hit it. He gave me his card and told me to get a est. and he'll pay for the ding. After looking at his card, I saw he was a Pastor!!! I about s*** myself. He paid up tho!!!!

Yep, had my cd player stolen outta the car at the local mall...

 

If some one did, I don't think I would notice right now...I am about 3 years and 1 deer past needing a new paint job...this summer it is finnally getting done. But I do have an alarm on my car that I just finished installing a couple nights ago. That should HOPEFULLY keep all my stereo gear inside my car where it belongs.

 

Yes, Chrismas eve some A$$ broke into my TA and destroyed the Dash and took my Kenwood CD/AM/FM radio.

 

Back in 98 We had a 85 Firebird SE (our first F-body & I hated it) & a 95 Mustang GT. My husband was driving the firebird through the parking lot of our apartment building with the windows rolled down & the Radio blaring so every punk could hear it. The next morning we both went down to go to work only to find the Firebird pax window broken out & the stereo gone. (must have been a young kid due to the fact they left the 6 disc CD Changer in the back still hooked up.)
We started to look for a place of our own that shortly after.

 

From reading all this I can safely say most cops are retarded. I don't have my car yet but the camaro my mothers ex has had a screw driver jammed into the lock to try to get in while it was in a parking lot, lucky they didn't get in just ruined the lock so now he is going to shave the locks and handels off.

 

stayed over a friends house just like any other friday night, left my car parked in the street, came out to find a broken driver's side window, cd player and 6x9 speakers were gone. they got mud in my car (don't ask me) and ripped the seat covers up. happened a lil before xmas. I called the cops, they didn't do jack. what a surprise. Filed a report. woohoo. Can't wait to get my hands on the flithy lil bastard.

 

Yea, my car was kicked! Right in the front fender by the marker light! It happened while i was in school, cause i park in one of the farthest spots. It was also a victim of someone throwing pop all over it. That one was fine though, I was getting off work when it happened, I was in my car. They were in a car too, drive by. I started my car, followed them around for about an hour, him and his friend got out of their car and came up to me. It was alright, from kindergarden to 8th grade, i was in karate. The kid came at me all sideways. I grabbed his arm, twisted it behind him, and hit him right under the ear. He fell on his friends saturn and his friend came at me. He jumped towards me, so I moved to the side and threw him on the sidewalk. He started to get up and I kicked him in the side. This old lady across the street yelled at us, saying she was gonna call the cops, so I left. I havent had any problems since then. Just handle the problem yourself, it works alot better!

 

the only vandilization was a bird pooing on my car after i washed it ...........some guys tried breakin into my friends truck the other day at school........i got 13 days til the liscense but ive already got my bat in the back waitin for the wrong person to mess with my baby

I've had a bumper sticker placed on my car, which to this day I still can't get off. I'ts slowly peeling off though...

When I was first driving I was having a really crummy day, opened up my door and WHACK!, hit the minivan next to me. Lady rolled down her window and started cursing but she let me go.

So 2 months later, a girl pulls up next to me in her Buick, opens the door, and yep, nails my door. Remembering how much it sucks to have to look someone in the face after such a stupid accident I let her go with a few words on being more careful.

3 weeks later the same door was hit by a truck in a parking lot going 15mph. So now I have a brand new door on it.

 

I had my convertible top slit....that is 900 worth of damage.

 

There was a kid at work who keyed the front fender on my car. In school he got mad at me and told me he was going to do it. Quite suspicious that it happened at work that night and on his shift. I reported him immediately, but did not want to press charges (the kid was border line retarded, and honestly did not think it was so malicious). I let it slide about a week, then my boss hauled me into his office and demanded to know how much it would cost. I told him I wanted 80 bucks to fix a 2 foot scratch to the metal. He felt this was ripping off the kid, and demanded that I get 3 estimates and the cheapest would be what i got. After I started swearing at him and told him I didnt have the time to drive around with studying for AP tests and working, he said that 80 bucks would work. Im like nope, offers closed. So I ended up with 260 bucks and them "forcing me to resign" at the first chance they got. Between the car and taking time off to fish (won more money in tournaments that year than I was making working 3 days a week), they wanted me out.

Same place, only parking lot as a costumer. A woman slammed a shopping cart into my car and then denied the whole thing. She told me it was my shopping cart, and me the model of control with my car "It wasnt my f##$#$# fault, I didnt have a f#%^#^ cart and I didnt buy anything." No apology or nothing, she calmly got in her car and drove away. The woman was like 75 to, so senility probably played a factor.

 

A few days before christmas Someone cut a 12" hole in the top of my 91 Z28 convertible, and poured a bottle of **** in it. Unfortunetly, I had to work all day the next day, so by the time I got to cleaning it out, it really smelt. But, not only that, they smashed both my blackouts and tail lights, and put 3 nice big chips in my 2 month old yellow paint job. I have 2 state cop detectives working on it (Nice having a cop as a father) and'm not sure exactly who did it, but I definatley know the group of kids. Just wait 'til I find them...

 

holy crap..after reading all these im scared to death...im not gonna go out anymore...where i go to school people slit tires and all kinds of stuff, its gonna happen to me one day...a couple times i found strange items sitting on my car and that enraged me enough...and stealing chromies of my tires? when did this become the cool thing to do?! i always park where i can look out of my dorm window to check on her...what the f is wrong with some people...

 

I have an alarm on my car but that doesn't stop some people. Who ever got into my car broke the lock with a dent puller or something. They sat in their car and screwed into the lock and yanked it out. I know this because the receptionist at work sat and watched them do it. They stole my stereo but left a radar detector that was hanging in the window and busted my lock. I got an estimate on fixing the lock and the metal around the lock and they wanted $400 so I no longer have a lock on the passenger side door. I am thinking about shaving the door locks. It might be cheaper to do that.
