I bought a new iroc grill from hawks but it has 3 indentations around where it says "camaro". Two on top and one on the bottom off center. Are those supposed to be there cause they are three perfect indentations. Heres a pic of where they are. There not red I just highlighted where they are.

 

Those are spots for holes for a license plate mount.If you happen to live in a state that requires a front lincense plate you drill through those holes and bolt down the mount,then screw the plate on.

Another question that i have....I bought some blazer foglights for my new iroc grill and i not sure where they mount too. there seems to be a spot in the ducts that go to the radiator but it looks like it will sit kinda far back. or do they mount to the actual grill peice itself?

 

Well actually they are mounted on the bumper with a z shaped bracket.You see the tab with the light adjusting screw,that is where the top end of the bracket is.the other end slips under that black thing hanging there.
