Grille's and parking lights?

When I go n e-bay, the grilles and parking lamps sell for a lot more than what you can get them for at Hawks, or Thirdgen Resource. Why is that? Am I missing something?

You got hustlers out there. One guy in particular sells upper door molding for $50.00 while at Gm parts direct you can get them for under $15.00 brand new. Your better off doing research on what your buying making sure you don't get ripped off. Another thing to watch out for is the shipping charges, one jerk charged me $9.00 shipping on an item while the packaged showed it only cost him 45 cents.

I sell alot of 2-way radio stuff on Ebay and boy do I love when they over bid

There definently are people on ebay running cons. I've seen a "lower bushing repair kit" for the doors for like $15. I picked it up at the dealer for like $6. The thing is, a ton of people look on ebay first, find what they want, and figure it's the best price. Always shop around before buying stuff. When I tried to get a power steering bracket the dismantler wanted $90 for an aftermarket one, at the dealer $12. The other thing about ebay is that it truly is the law of supply and demand. If there are only 2 listings for a particular item, and say 200 people who see the auction and want it, the price will go up. Often times those same people who don't do their research will pay far more for the item because they believe quanities are limited. It all depends on the item.

You're also paying for someone to package it. And for some reason some of the people who do it feel they need to make $300 an hour.
