Interior trim screws.
It looks like the last person who owned this car ripped the rear trim panels apart to get at the spare 'tire'. I can find a somewhat matching set of trim from the junkyard but it seems like there is a funky kind of washer that holds the fake screws in from the back. How do you get the trim back in tight?
Nothing better to do this weekend.

Auto body toolmart has them in bulk, you can check their web page. All the fasteners you desire. As for the fake screws, if you're looking for those, they're for sale on Ebay all the time.

You could also go to any local auto zone and get the screws and the mounting tabs for them... just look in the Help!/fastener section they should have a whole bunch there. Take one with you and the people there should point you in the right direction.
As for getting them tight, make sure they are lined up properly. Those mounting tabs behind the screws are designed to move on a couple of them, mainly for alignment. Once you get it all in proper positioning, you shouldn't have a problem at all.
What exactly was torn up?

It's gonna cost you a lot more at autozone. If you have a murray's by you, they're usually around $1.50, but you're not going to get many in a pack. Most of the time I find it cheaper to buy a bulk set from autobody, the downside of course is the shipping charge, but you're still getting a lot more hardware than you would at autozone/murray's, so it still comes out cheaper.

I guess i'll have to go check Lowes out because I am missing a couple of screws Wait. These aren't really fake screws though right? I mean, they are big, fat, and plastic, but they still screw in.
Just in case anybody ever searches, the P/N for the "tabs" that the screws screw into is Body-Tite 45836.

if u have the clips on the metal they will screw, but since they r plastic they r kinda iffy and if u push hard enough they will jus go in.
