Yes they fit but do not have a lower retractor. I have 02 belts in my 83. Use 82 sill plates and it looks factory.

so I havnt seen anything specifically on this but I have a 91 gta 5 speed, I know the fourthgen console will fit fine, but is there a spot for my power window switches and adjustable mirrors? I really don't feel like putting them in a cup holder....

I don't know whether GM is still doing it now but back in the day the designers were told to use 30% of the parts from a previous model for the redesign of a future model.

!! How about pedals, brake booster/MC/front brakes(ls1(with modded 3G spindle))(along with rear axle for complete brake swap ofc)? What about wiper fluid or coolant overflow tank? Would be 99-02 donor. Oh ya, the 4G wiper fluid tank goes in front of radiator I thinks. How about the radiator itself? Just thinkin about other donor goodies.

the seat belts will work as well! I've swapped mine. Only thing is, 4th gen belts don't have the roller at the bottom, so there will be a big gap where the bottom belt roller is. Only way to solve that problem is to get door sill plates from an 82 model yr, and they were 82 yr specific. Not sure if 4th genplates will work with some mods
