need help replacing front turn signal balb

need help replacing front turn signal balb

i need help replacing the front turn signal balb in a 91 camaro. i can get it out of the housing but i dont know how to get of the socket how do you do this? i am replacing the factory amber lights with clear balbs

Axle/Gears: 2.73
reach under pinch the prongs together and twist, the socket will fall out, replace bulb. Put in and listen for it to lock into place

how do you replace the balb i can get the secket out but how do you get the balb out the socket

From: out of my mind; be back in 5 minutes....
Car: 1989 Firebird Formula
Engine: Internal Combustion
Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
Push the bulb in a little bit, and turn it counter-clockwise about 1/16 of a turn.
When you put the new bulb in, be sure to get the little 'ti<x>ts' on the outside oriented the right way.

If this is the bulb im thinking it is its should just pull out of the socket. Is it one of those punch bulbs?

If its the one on the fender, take it out of the fender, its a small 194 bulb, grab it with two fingers and PULL,,simple as that, take the new bulb stick it in, and your done, if you are changing the housing to a clear lenz, take it out of the fender, the socket will rotate one way or another, pull it out and stick the clear lens on. done.
