and what it looks like now....not a new door, just fixed the old one
looks good, I bet that buckle was hard to get out. I hope you did pull it out and not just mud over it. How hard was it to put in that louver or whatever you want to call it on your fender? looks tight.

yeah we pulled it out, i wasnt about to just fill in that crap. came out pretty easy though. the fender vent was pretty easy as well, they came off an 81 Z28, cut the hole for it and used some body panel adhesive to stick them on there, they need some massaging to fit perfect but all and all a very simple mod that i love on my car. probably put them on my beater of a winter car here soon.
what did you use to cut the hole with. I have one fender that I can do that to with no problem. but my other one is all primered and ready for paint, and I don't want to bend it at ALL. cause it is straight as a ****ing arrow.
I don't know if it will look good on this berlinetta with a big block hood and high rise spoiler. (heres the primed fender)

well i cant think of the technical term for the tool at the moment as its kinda late, basically it was a an air tool with a sanding pad on it and we just cut into the sheet metal with it...hard to explain somone who isnt tired help me with that one....
as far as it looking good on yours thats your choice....i would suggest some ground effects though or they will probably just look outtve place....along with the hood
we fixed that one becuase the door i got wasnt in as good of shape as it apperead, i was suprised it came out so well but them body shop boys i know did a hell of a job on it. was just as cheap and i made a good amount off the insurance company for a change, allowed me to by my winter camaro haha

yeah it had shaved handles before the wreck...had them about a year now which is anotehr reason why i fixed that door instead of doing another one
now i just gotta decide what im gonna do about paint.....
