one lug?
As any one ever seen a one lug setup on a 3rd gen. I think it would be bad ***. Some thing I would not mind doing. But it would be way down the road.

I dont consider a spindle mount wheel, "One Lug" I consider it a SPINDLE MOUNT wheel....2 Things, number 1, Your not gonna be legal with a spindle mount wheel because you wont have a brake setup on the front, He never even said if he was referring to spindle mount....So, you mind actually explaining what your talking about, cause right now the whole thing sounds kinda uhmmm "Not well thought out"

Maybe he's talking about a dirt track type spindle that uses a single wheel nut to hold things togehter...

I've seen what I think he's talking about. Centerline makes one or, at least, they used to.
A 5-lug adapter attached like the wheel normally does now, the center "hub" of the adapter was threaded on the outside, and the wheel fit on the adapter and was secured with the one LARGE nut--like an Indy car. It came with the socket for the nut too.
It was also theft resistant, as your neighborhood thug out to steel your wheels probably wasn't equipped with a tool large enough to remove the nut.
I've never seen it on a thirdgen that I remember, but the wheel itself looked pretty cool.
