Where are the pistons for the defroster?

Pistons? you want to up the compression? Thet're under the valves, take off the defrosters head and there they are, I recommend stroking the defroter for added defrosting power.


Never heard of defroster pistons.

if you turbo the defroster please make sure to use forged defrosting lines

Transmission: T5 untill it blows up from to much torque
Axle/Gears: Ford 9" /w auburn pro & 3.89's
I think he meant he needed to rebuild the pistons to add defroster nitrous. So when it gets really hot out it cools down the windows.

ok i think thats enough smart-*** remarks for one thread. but hey lets try and help him out.

are you talking about the rear defrosters or the front vents? if its the front it uses the engine bay heat through air ducts to get frost and fog from the windsheild so there are no pistons involved (except for the engine but still wont change the outcome of defrosting) but not too sure how the rear works since i dont have the rear defrost but someone else can help ya there.
