Ok,all you need is a nut driver I forget ewhat size though and you might also need a screwdiver. Its as simple as changing an air filter.Just make sure you have all the screws out before you try pulling it out or else you could damage it.
And welcome to tgo,I just noticed it says you have a camaro so if youre trying for a firbird dash it wont fit

We transplanted a 91 GTA dash with electronic cluster into a 87 Camaro. It's not an exact bolt in job but it will go in with a little fabrication. We also re-used all of the heater ducts from the GTA, they will mate up with the Camaro heater box, then installed the GTA center console.

I've found that Camaro and Trans Am dash pads will interchange ok. They do differ if only in appearance, near the upper heater vents, speaker covers, and side vents.

The firebird dashpad won't fit a camaro's dash, at least it didn't in my 92. The firebird dash was almost a 1/4 inch smaller on the sides and almost 1/2 to narrow.

Hit and miss I guess... when mixing parts / years.
