Cant name this part
Ok now it might be something simple like bumper enforcement but for the life of me i dont know where to get one. I dont have a pic since my car is in the shop still. Anyway, in a Trans am, when you open the hood and look dirvetly down, kind of where the latch goes, ther is a black metal piece, the turn signals and stuff touch it if i remember correctly. Anyway, if someone can post a piece or even has this piece it would be AWESOME. ANyway even a part number would be nice or where can i get it.

holy crap, 130 bucks for that... this rebuild is getting more and mroe expensive everytime the shop calls....

... actually I'm not sure what the hell I was thinking with that link. I just got home from work so I know (or at least pretty sure) I wasn't sloshed... yet

can someone please do me the favor of posting a pic of this part, maybe someone with a Trans Am can post an open hood pic so i can see the piece to show my dad since the car is in the shop.

yep, thats it. Dammit i need one but im already WAYYY over budget so im gonna have to use the rusted one on my parts car til i get $$... damn
