Probaly cheaper to buy a primered fender and having the paint fixed.

 

That could be fixed but alot easier and probably going to be cheaper to pick up a new fender.

 

some teal ducktape and a pice of angle iron will fix that right up

all kidding aside, yea it could be, but it would be cheaper to buy a new fender and repaint it.

 

Yeah, fenders cost what... $75? Not worth having a body shop bang around on it and filling something that can be replaced for so cheap.

 

Its going to get painted. So either i buy a new panel or let them fix/paint the whole car, what would be cheaper

 

generally the less the body work when your getting a car repaintied the cheaper the paint job will be

Well you want brand new or used? New there about 130 with primer on eBay. Used about 50$

 

I want new ones. who does everyone go with to paint? i used maaco before

btw i also have a little dent in the back rear right. the spoilers gone(only the little piece) and its dented a little bit.

uh, isnt your car a Z28?? and why does it matter if its an aftermarket fender or a GM fender its still new all the same.

 

No mines an RS and aftermarket parts are always different, ill probly order one from GM

 

i dont believe that the would be different, it wouldnt be economical for GM to use all different body peices on one model car for each of its sub models.

 

Go to a junkyard then and pull one.

 

I have a junkyard fender on either car and I dare anyone to tell me which one it is. they both fit like new fenders. they line up and look just fine. You could do the same altho Camaro fenders are a PITA to rmove IMHO. But theprice makes it worth it.

 

aftermarket parts are usually made out off thinner sheet metal and dont alwyas line up right

 

I got a 50/50 chance to tell ya which one is the junker fender.

 

Maybe maybe not, depends on if you can straighten that front piece.

RS or Z28, they both use the same fender.

Anyway, a used fender is a very good option as long as you can find one that doesn't need body work of its own. I would take a used GM fender over a new aftermarket fender any day.
