I had this idea and thought it was pretty original until i saw them being sold on eBay.
This could also be used to entertain my friends when theyre in the back.

I've been thinking of that for a long time, but I would most definitely not do flames.
And those were done very poorly IMO also.
Maybe just the Chevy bowtie in the middle, but a bit bigger.
I also thought about putting "1992 25th Anniversary" on there in IROC style letters. Or even just "Camaro" with a bowtie underneath.
Definitely no flames though.

Keep at it though, it's a good idea, just poorly executed so far.
That's what happens when you first start though, you can't expect too much.
Get the edges to lay over a bit nicer, that'll really clean them up. And make sure the next time you cut the filler that you use, you cut it as clean and smooth as you can.
Ditch the fire, and find something unique to your car, or you, and have at it.
Let me know any tips or good materials you find. I think I'll be doing this soon also. I've been thinking about it for about 3 months now, and I finally did my headliner, so it's time.

Well i think flames are kinda typical and i dont really like them, but i figured i would test with flames because of all the curves. So that i can know what i can and cannot do.
I used Cardboard. (Yes, after spending money on 'batting' and other foams, come to find out, cardboard is best.)
As you can see from the pictures, the ends are not glued down yet. These arent finished , i was just so glad i was done with the worst part, i just wanted to post them here.
I was thinking of C A M A R O for my next ones

yeah that guy who sells those sail panels is a fraud. I have another post talking about his door panels. He was suposed to make these reallty trick looking door panels, but he stiffed me for the money. So, dont buy sail panels from the guy, he'll stiff you. In fact I think he is no longer a registered user. Dont remember his user id name unfortunately.
