Targa top Firebird on ebay

Thought it was interesting. Kinda a mess, but neat none the less. Might be good for some ideas since I know some people were thinking of going with the targa idea!

I love how he says the hatch is custom. That ugly thing was a catalog mail order deal back in the 80's!

I think he had his halter top too tight around his kneck when he posted that. Another flash back from the 80's.

All in caps is a nice touch too. So easy to read.

I think a new rear bumper, paint job, tan seats, and front grills and you have a pretty sweet ride. Maybe fix the rear tires from sticking out so far. Definitely a unique fixer-upper.

The targa top actually came out pretty good. First one I've seen that actually almost looks professional. The rest of the car needs some help though. That hatch just looks terrible. Doesn't fit the car at all. Oh yes, the wheels have to go.

the targa looks pretty professional. however, the black pop up lights make the car look like someone with too much eye makeup...

the targa does look more finished than i have seen. Just not very smooth. Guess that's what i get for expecting something good from someone with "UNIEKE" styling

That hatch looks like it needs a "Mr. Fusion" mounted in the center of it a'la Back to the Future.

his custom vinyl targa top is starting to custom rip. NOW LOOK'S LIKE HIGH DOLLAR IMPORT EXOTIC. And a radio of some sort would only disrupt the sound of the engine.

HURT'N automobile.

Haha, I know it's a real POS, but I don't want this to get locked, so be nice... to an extent.

I had never seen the targa top actually done, so I thought this might be a good resource. Just ignore the rest of the car.

,

I dont understand in one of the pictures it shows like a T-top like he just used the two t-tops for the targa, but when you look at the full picture i cant make out a seam in the top.
