I say off with them! The stripes just don't seem to make the car look any better.

Maybe if the stripes went down the front, instead of stopping at the top of the bumper.

and maybe if they were wider, like a normal SS stripe instead of that "I bought stripe tape at wal mart" width.

I was thinkin the opposite if he was to keep them
I would want to stop them on the hood and decklid and keep them off the front and rear bumper covers. I haven't seen a car that I liked where they continued down.

I think the fbird has a good front end for stripes all the way down. Kind of like the way the stripes on the Viper GT-S look good (In my opinion).

It the blue that makes it look out of place when all the other highlights are black. Try black maybe? Otherwise I'd say just remove them.

make em wider and more detailed...let them follow the outer bulges that are going through the the crease on the hood, i'd get two racing stripes, and surround those with small, 1/4 inch stripes on both sides to close it in. Let em come down the front if you'd like, don't see much problem with that, just keep the taper going...only unfortunate is they might get to small in the front to keep looking good....if you had a T/A with the gfx bumper, you might get away with letting them stay a tad wider....

Yeah I've seen it. I mean its nice but I would like it better with them off the bumpers, something like the factory stripes, I'm pretty sure others would agree.

I love stripes, BUT they look lile ****e on a fire chicen, the lines of the hood are slanted, so they make the stripes look wierd, on the marow, the body lines are straight, and it looks good... so i say loos them, Or make them tite and wide.

do what 85 fbird said but end them on top of the front bumper that way they wont get to narrow at the end. Other than that do every thing 85f-bird said.

I'm not a big fan of stripes. I think you should get rid of the stripes, and put a full sized black phoenix on the hood.
