I'm probably not going to be able to name the location of every single bolt even though I just did this to my camaro a week ago...
but to get the front cover off you've got I believe 4 bolts holding it to the fenders. You can get at these by taking the inner fender liners off. it's a tight fit getting at them. underneath you've got the plastic clips all along the botton. they only cost a couple bucks at the auto parts store to replace so just break them off, but be carful not to crack or tear the bumper cover. and up top is pretty obvious. bunch of small screws straight across. Just keep your eyes open for any other screws or bolts and don't force anything. if it a part won't budge just look around the caught area and find what's holding it. It took me about 45 minutes to take the front bumper cover off my camaro without hurting it.

removing it wil be easy; you will see; its alsmot logical, remove the top screws, at the light bar area; remove the plastic fender guards , remove the chin piece from the bottom of the bumper cover and the fenders
BE SURE TO HAVE A 10 mm socket, a DEEP 10 mm Socket, and a 10 MM open ended wrench, almost all bolts on these cars are 10 MM espeically body panels
remove the nose-fender bolts which is what u need the DEEP 10mm for; and this will also remove the light bar
remove al teh 10 MM bolts at the top of the ffender, which will aslo remove the hood (which u can put back on after the fender are off if ur keeping hte car outside; remove the big bolt at the bottom of the fender near the doors, and thats about it
just go slow, dont pull/pry/ or tear on anyhtign, it will fall off usualyl once the bolts are removed; also u have to remove the blinker lights on the side fenders; and the front runnign lights, 10 mm again!

Re: fender and bumper removal
Thanks for the info guys. I'm about to undertake this very same project but for different reasons. I was involved in a 5 car pile up, and my front end is trashed. Hood, bumper cover, L & R fenders, as well as header panel, and bumper itself look like they're going to need to be replaced. I found some reasonable replacement parts here. Does anyone have any experience buying from them? Are there any better sources for body parts? I'm a noob to this type of automotive repair, so I may be back with a few questions. Here's some photos.

Well, my worst fears were confirmed - I have bent the frame. Just a little frame realignment will fix her right up, but that's out of my league, so I had to consult professional help. The estimate for complete fix with paint all the way back to the doors is "about $3500, give or take". Ouch! Here's some pics after I got the bumper cover off, which only took me about 4 hours.

Got her back yesterday, so here's a pic. It's an RS, but the Z28 hood was free, so I couldn't turn it down. And, since we were going with the Z hood, we decided to black out around the headlights. Let me know what you guys think about how it turned out.

Re: fender and bumper removal
Looks good! So where did you end up getting the new body panels, and how was the fit and quality?
Re: fender and bumper removal
Thanks for the kind replies guys. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about the Z28 hood considering it's a '90 convertible, and apparently there wasn't many that came convertible stock that year - or so I'm told. The body panels were not replaced, the autobody guy was able to reuse everything except the hood. He did a great job. He painted the whole car for me, pulled off the bumpers, door locks, etc. to 'do it right'. He said the paint should last 12-15 years give or take, but I suspect it should last a bit longer as the car is mostly kept in my garage,or the garage at my place of employment.
