I was at work and had just went on break when I walked out to my car to get some change for the pop machine. As Im walking towards my car at the end of the parking lot I noticed that my corner lens is busted on the front passenger side. As I get closer the guy who had hit walk over from his car that he had already moved to the other side of the parking lot and starts looking at the damage. keep in mind at this point i dont even know who did it and you couldnt tell he hit because his sh!tty cadillac is to beat up to begin with.

As I got close enough to see the damage I could see where the idoit put a dent from the begging of the front bumper to where the wheel well begins and in the fender above the middle of the tire and marks on my tire where he had hit it also. On the ground there where marks from my tires where it had moved from being hit. Then the guy starts telling me about how he was late getting there and when he whipped in next to me he "bumped" my car. I was thinking bumped my as$ the car moved two inches while it was in gear and the parking brake was on. Then he asks me how much it will cost to fix it and I told him more than you got. So Im standed here pist off looking at my car and he walks back inside which is good thing because i was ready to some more dents in my car using his head. so i go back in tell and tell a supervisor what happens and he tells me that a driver seen him hit my car and that him and two other supervisors told Keith (the dumbas$ who hit my car) to tell me what happend before he starts working. He didnt of course. so i called the local police department they come out and since it happend on UPS's property a supervisor has to be out there when the cops are so Me and the supervisor go out there before keith gets outside and I give them my info and I thought it was weird that tehy didnt ask to see my drivers license or proof of insurance or registration. But he asked for my name number and insurance company. Then my supervisor sent me back to work before keith was out there. So when the supervisor came back in I asked him what keith had said and he told me that Keith told the police that we had something worked out, which we dont, and that his insurance is through safe auto but he didnt show proof. so I call my insurance company and file a claim with them and they tell my that since i have liability that I need to call His insurance and talk to them. So call 1-800-safe-auto and low and be hold he doesnt have insurance. In fact he cancelled his policy with them on August 22, 2006. So now im really F*cking pist so I call the police department back and the tell me that the officer that came out will call me back. He still hasnt called but I have his card so I will get a hold of him toady along with my insurance company and see what I have to do to get my car fixed.
Then I had to what to leave work because UPS made sure he was gone before I was. That was probably a good idea. So i get in my car and I notice that now i have to turn the wheel 1/4 of the way to the left to go straight. He must have hit my car pretty f*cking hard to knock it out of alignment. So that really set me Off.
This is why eveyone should have car insurance and if you cant afford it you shouldnt drive because if you cant afford car insurance you really won't be able to afford it when you get sued by an insurance company and the person that you hit.

Damn, hard to see in that small pic, but you're right, "bumped" my ***. This is why I have un/under insured motorist coverage. If that same thing had happened to me, Progressive would have cut a check for $7500.

 

thats blows, good luck getting it fixed. I'd say that he definatly did more than "bump" you. Bumps scratch paint, thats getting creamed.
