ok as u can remember from a few months ago my car was involved in small accident. today i was in a walmart parking lot pullin into a row, a red 2005 chevy pickup 3/4 ton was backin up as soon as i came out of the turn, his bumpers hits my cars upper driver-side quarter panel, makin a 3" dent into it. we call the cops and exchanged info after that the cops took a look at my car, the good news is the fiberglass wasn't damage and i close the hood like normal. only metal panel was damaged. from wat i heard i probably wont be covered because the vehicle was from montana and i'm from wyoming (happen in wyoming). so i guess i probably be payin $1000 to repair her. this wasn't my fault. the guy was stupid and couldn't see my car (must be pretty ****in blind cuz i could see his side mirrors, ****in retard people these days. thats another accident caused by people who couldn't see my car, i'm pretty close to sellin my camaro and buyin a truck i'm gettin tired of gettin hit. you guys think i should fight this????? cuz its was his fault. and one last bull **** move the cops did, the didn't write him a ticket, they told me there is not enough proof that he hit me......... there is ****in 3" dent in my panel and a small dent w/ red (my car is red btw) in his rear bumper. u think thats enough proof. here are some pics i took today

 

Sorry to hear about the car man. I had a 1992 bird that seemed to be an accident magnet. But there is good news. The fender is easy to take off and you could probably get it straightened out pretty good if you did that. I had a similar dent in mine after I kicked it in fit of anger and it came out of with a rubber mallet and some paitience. Second last summer I was in an accident in PA. I'm from MD. The other driver was from PA which is a no fault state. I had to originally shell out the deductible but within a month or so my insurance company got it back for me.

man thats bull... id fight it.. dont sell it man if u like the car keep it... but fight that crap thats not any good. just because hes out of state doesn't mean its not covered\... i personaly would fight it.

 

this is my 2nd accident in 6 months, same thing happen both times someone backed into it cuz the didn't see my car. it really thinkin about buyin a 1 ton truck cuz maybe the next accident is the guy run over my car and its done. i'm goin to try it cuz my uncle is lawyer

 

Every single trip I take in my Camaro is a lesson on accident avoidance. I've had cars pull in my lane, cut me off, pull out from a stop sign in front of me, approach me in my lane while passing cars (took the shoulder a couple times so I wouldn't die!!!!). It's crazy!!!!

It's like you say, it's as if we don't exist! How much brighter can our red paint get?

Can I still get the B4C police package with the lights and siren? Maybe that might help.

That sucks. I'll seconed the accident magnet. My firebird got hit 4 TIMES in 4 years, none of which was my fault. I can't even count how many I dodged being clobbered, some waaay to close.

 

ok today i got an estimate for the repairs, he wants $605 to get it repaired (not bad). i talked to him about paint jobs, he smoking some serious crack he wants $7000min to paint my car and prices may reach $10,000, thats too much for me, its comes down to that i'm sellin my car and buyin a corvette cuz i dont want to spend 10k on a car that i bought for $1800

 

Shop around. That is crazy.

 

You could almost buy all the equipment and do it yourself for less!!!
