Finally found hood and trunk shocks!
NOS hood and trunk struts, as well as NOS drip rails.. No I didn't pay 300$, I paid $40.00. Ha!

NOS? sounds like a good deal. i found that recently my hood struts have not been holding. so some more information on this would be great.

I found them on local classifieds for 40$, came with the two NOS front struts, and the NOS hatch struts, aswell as two NOS drip rails for above the window. I'm gonna put them on tommorow, and see if they acually work, but they are NOS from 1985. I couldn't believe they were on the site, it's www.kijiji.com .

and the wore out ones work great for fiberglass hoods so don't throw them away.

Wow that must be an american thing then, because here, the only places that sell them are Canadian tire, and Horseshoe battery, and they range from 60$, to 80$ a piece.
