The grill is a direct fit. The fog lights you will have to wire up yourself however.

Easy. The bracket bolts to the front bottom. Fogs bolt to the brackets (which has provision for an adjustment screw and its spring). If you JY you'll note how all works. If you purchase over the net, make sure you get all the hardware.

Every once and a while at JY's you will find an Iroc or a Z-28 that has its grill still there, sometimes it will have the brackets on them also thats your best bet and cheapest way to get them.
