Does anyone out there have an 85-90 Firebird with Trans Am bumper covers and ground effects, with the power bulge hood (early TA/late formula), a wrap around spoiler (any style) and a single color paint job (any color)?

I need to see pictures of this. I know others have done this but I can't decide if that's what I want since my car looks like crap right now so that's all I see when I envision this, crap.

is this what you mean?my old formula 10 years ago,lol I was 19,ah memorys,it was slow but I got lots of head in that car! it also has the trans am fenders with the vent,you can barely see it in the pic.eventually had black trans am wheels,it looked hot.

 

Well I have a black car, red ground effects and a gray powerbulge hood. It also has the flat older style Firebird spoiler, not wrap around.

 

well here is my 84 with factory areo package. it will help u some what. i have other pics.

 

paint it black,youll be happy,and its half way ther already,if you thinking about doing a color change,i wouldnt. its a pain in the ***,alot easier to keep the it the original color.and the up side to the old knigh rider wing is that its LIGHT. the wrap around wings are very heavy,unless you have the after market fiberglass wrap around,such has myself

 

agreed. the only color i might change is the spoilers.i might go silver with redfire up top. but i won't do a complete color change.

 

Does anyone have a picture of this hood on a 91-92 T/A?

 

i dont....but my dad had it on his 92 t/a clone...it looked GREAT and different
