Corvette tails on a firebird??? anyone?

Hey all, I was thinking how cool a bird would look with corvette tails and no spoiler. I personally think that it would look stunningly like a C4 especially with the right hood. Please if you have any pics post em!!

Yes it has, and it usually ends with the op saying it doesn't look as good as they thought it would.

^ It would generally look the same way though, save for the more rounded bumper on the Firebird models....

I bought a Corvette because I wanted one. Not only would doing this disgrace the Corvette but it makes you look like a poser.

Not to mention the F-body has it's own history outside the 'vette, like the Monte, GTO, Impala, etc. Don't do it. Not only would you be taking away a needed piece from a 'vette owner to keep another 'vette on the road, but you'd also be ruining the original design of the F-body the way it was intended to be.

Wow i know this last post is old and all but i saw it coming, i don't want a corvette they only have 2 seats. Not to mention that i would want people like you pulling up to me in their corvettes and saying "look at this poser i'm gonna blow his doors off" and if i ever have those tails ill make sure my 355 is stacked so that that doesn't happen... often. then me and my 3 friends can have a good time laughing it up together.

4 guys inside car laughing is < everyone outside the car laughing as you drive by

hey man, to each his own and if you like it do it. but from what I've seen, frankensteining cars together usually ends poorly. and there's way too many makes/models (from pickups to cavaliers) that have proven that with vette tail light transplants....
