Dude thats sic. i was wanting to do the same with the 15" rims on my firebird... instead of the grey on them.

i was gonna do that to mine but i went with stock silver. black just didnt look well on my car.

oh be prepared to clean your wheels every 10 miles you drive. black shows dirt SOOOOOOOO bad. good luck.

i did the same thing with my iroc wheels and i have about 7 hours in each wheel. good job, i like the stock look!

thanks guys yeah i probably got bout four hours work in each wheel im working on them right now still. hope to get a pic up by next week of them on the car. and yeah i plan on washing them ALOT ha.

i was going to do that to my rims but i didnt feel like cleaning them all the time so i painted them chrome.

I did the same to the 15" wheels that came with my 89 RS. They won't fit over the 89's brakes any more, so I stripped the red paint off and repainted them black. Now I have a set for the purple 92 RS that I can put winter tires on.

That picture is trippy. From the angle it makes the rim look tiny in your hand.

I would have just done the spokes black, but it doesn't look bad. I just think it could be better.
