BTW that is snow on the nose, and not scrathes.

 

Very first thing I did was change out the steering wheel & install a Grant wheel.
Then I put in new exhaust!
and then the tint

 

Next, I made a sub box for the trunk
It took me 2 days, I know it should have only taken one, but I did all the cutting outside, didnt want all that dust inside the house. And daylight was scarce.

Next I installed the USB Stereo with an 8G Flash card.
More music than I will ever listen to in a month haha.

 

Next step was installing the Daytona hood

 

 

Next step, that I did today was remove the original nose and add an Iroc nose and Bumper

 

 

 

Here are some pics of it in the body shop getting it prepped for paint and installing the Ground F/X

 

 

and this is the color red that I chose, it is called Victory Red

So I had a bit of a set back at the body shop.
when they put on the drivers side F/X, they put the back tracking up to high,
so the ground F/x stuck out way too much and bowed in the middle. It looked like
****ing ****! I told them I wasn't happy and they had to fix it.
Here are some before shots. It sticks out atleast a 1/2 inch and looks like **** with the door closed.

 

 

So I go into the bodyshop today, and they fixed my Ground F/X

 

 

 

Now that the ground F/X are fixed, it is time for the car to be masked

 

 

 

 

 

I went into the body shop today, and find that my car is now in primer, they fixed up a few small pin holes and are gonna re-prime tomorrow

 

 

 

I went in to find it in its final coat of primer today, minus the primer still needed under the hood that they are doing tomorrow. It will be finished Monday or Tuesday.

 

 

A fellow club member "The Project" told me about Mother's Power Plastic for cleaning the lenses on my Camaro. So I went out and got some, and with 10 mins of work, here is the outcome. I used a mini powerball with Mothers PP.




Here is my hood with the under spray, on monday they will be spraying it red. And the car in it's final coat of primer. as well as my louvers being prepped

 

 

Here is the hood's underside painted
and T-tops painted as well as locks and handles, plus various jams as well. Going in for body paint tomorrow.

 

 

I pick up the car tomorrow, and they would not let in to take more pics as it was JUST painted 1/2 hour before I got there.

The camaro looks great now . Any current pics, or is it still on the shop . Any plans for new wheels or anything ?

O also i have to add the hood fit is awesome , one of the best ive seen in the front . Very good job to the shop for fitting it .

I am using Outlaw Centerline Rims like these, they are getting polished right now, so I will be installing them as soon as they are finished.

dam car looks nice as hell. how long it take you to get it how it is now?

 

That first picture at the top was a month ago.
I owned it for a week before I put it into the body shop.
so total work was about 3 weeks.

 

All you needd now is tpi engine and the iroc wheels and it would look even better i love the color whats the color of it

 

The color is called Victory Red
