Removing rear bumper, Quick Q's

So for the life of me, I can not remove the rear bumper and its plastic screws it has. I tried prying with a screw driver but me being too careful it still are not popping off.

Is there any special tool I can buy to make it easier without having to put alot of force to pop them off?

Are they the type with the push down center? Or are they regular push darts? I have a small screwdriver I use to pry the center up, then use a pair of needle nose pliars to pull it out. Worse case senario, buy some new ones. They only cost a few dollars at the parts store. Sometimes the top rips. If that happens, push the pin through the outter body and it will pop right out.

There are tools to get them out. You can usually get them at any auto parts stores. I believe they usually refer to them as "interior clip removers" or some sh*t. Its pretty much just a handle with a V notch on the end of them. There are several different styles of them too. I've always had good luck using them.

If they're the push center type, there should be two indentions under the head. I squirt the clip down with WD-40, then insert two flat-bladded screwed into the indentions and pry the center pin out.

I remove the push in clips with a pair of snips or dykes.I slide them under the head of the clip, squeeze it together and pry up.Just dont squeeze too hard or you will cut the head of the clip off.Works like a charm

I've used wire snips with success too. I have also used a pair of snap ring pliers with a 90* head that the pins have snapped off of. Those seem to work the best for me as I sometimes have problems with cutting the heads off using the wire snips.
