Replace T Top Weatherstip
Hi, I just had my 89 GTA completely stripped and painted and now it's time to reassemble the car. Does anyone have recommendations or installation instructions/video for the T Top weatherstripping?

You should use my car!(I'm in MA) It needs it... But seriously, I am going to be looking into getting a full weatherstripping kit soon! If you need help with anything third gen related let me know.

my TA's still up on jackstands and without a front suspension, so its not moving anywhere anytime soon

It's a piece of cake, very easy,the hardest part was making sure I got all the old dirty grit and glue out,just take your time.It will be easier when you get to the side post of the windshield(after you remove the old rubber) if you remove the trim that holds the rubber to clean them,just heat the rails a little to remove( I used bright lights)so as not to the damage the rubber gasket behind them,came off very easy with no damage,you have to remove the 3 or 4 screws first.If your going to do all that,remove the the liftoff panel opening center upper finish molding and reseal the front and back of the rails with sealing strips,you will see what I mean when you get them off.

Hey Kitt one of the guys in my band has a 92 ta that he did the weatherstripping on. He is going to help me redo mine. Maybe we could make a day of it in a few months.
