I hate to sound dumb, but what is a sleeper? A crappy looking car with a 502?

Vman, thats the basic concept of a sleeper. It will either look totally stock, or be run down looking, so most people "sleep" on it, and think its a slow POS. I have a slight sleeper but not really, cause its not THAT fast, but fast enough to beat most of the idiots who try to race me, and thats all that matters.
The paint is dingy, and part of the ground effects are gone, but its got 300 ponies through a t-5 underneath it

Check out my site. Right now the car doesn't look like much, but she runs and drives like a dream. So what if it's only a 6!

lbsz28, man, that is a very nice ride. That car looks very good, it is nice to see another 91/92 white convertible that looks as good (actually better) than mine. I like how the wheels look so clean, my white in my wheels is all yellowed. Now if i just fix the wheels and get some better (not red) interior, mine will look as good as yours. Too bad it won't run like yours ...mine is at http://in.fortunecity.com/meltingpot/canada/80

I used to get a lot of people wanting to race when I had the old hood (with 5.0 FI stickers ), but with the Ram Air hood, noone wants to go.

When I got my 89 repainted, I put the original 5.0 Liter Fuel Injection decals back
on the hood.

That was before the mods in my sig were put in. It's fun havin a Beamer or a Mercedes
at the light looking over at the decals
and then takin off. It's even more fun
when I blow past them at a 20 MPH+ speed differential even after giving them a 1 car length head start...
