My damn d/s marker light is out. Is there an easy way to get to this thing im missing? It looks like a real pain in the ***... i always hate when changing a bulb taks more then 10 mins

 

From underneath. There isn't really any secret to it. You should be able to look up and see it.

 

If you're talking about the front marker/turn light in the nose, Im not 100% sure on the firebirds, but the easiest way on camaros is from underneath. If you mean the side marker lights in the fenders, they are the same. Just reach up under the fender and its right there. They all take a 1/4-1/2 turn to release the socket from the light. No need to mess with the metal clips on the fender marker light, just turn the bulb socket and pull it out.

 

Thinking about it now, I wonder if the front ground effects are in the way. I just took them out recently, but I had removed the ground effects for paint. I guess you could take out the clips from the inner fender liner and reach in that way also.

 

Neither one of hose are in the way. I've removed and replaced mine with no problems with everything else still attached.

There is plenty in the way on mine. Some brace and a vacuum storage tankball.

 

Pull the headlight assembly or easier loosen the plastic fender liner.

 

None of that is easy. This is so stupid. All for a freakin 194 corner light. It had a broken wire. Great. Can you get connectors with terminals anywhere? Nope! Everything is a freakin pig tail! Even though I have the tools to crimp terminals, all I can ever find are pig tails. I don't want splices in my wiring.
