Squeeky!!!!

Does, any one else have any idea as to
were to look or tell me to look and try to
stop a squeek that is sooooo anoying and
loud it is driving me crazy.it comes from
under the dash on the pass side ,and will
squeek like crazy BUT if i have a Buddy sitting in the pass seat the squeek goes
away (I have checked all fasteners in the
car \seat area Any one any ideas oh yeah
it is in a 92 GTA (no t-top ) THANKS GTA....

I got a squeek too. Nibe is coming from the dash though. It seems the part where the rear defog switch it is a little loose but the screw is in tight. I am just going to put a thin bead of silicone on it, wait until it dries then put it back in.

you should try my old car. Big *** thump comming from the rear when you hit a bump. I think its just the spare but its damn loud.

You could allways soak everything with WD40 in the general direction of the squeak

Hummm a long shot but maybe the lower dash assembly nut is loose or and the extra weight shifts the body (T tops right) just enough to pull the dash tight. Could be the arm rest too. Just a few thoughts.

Do what I do. Disassemble everything in the general area of the squeak, clean it up, and get yourself some strip caulking and lay a thin bead around all contact areas. Help dampen squeaks/rattles. Make sure you don't smear any into the carpet, though! Other than that, a cinch to use.
