I need a list of all the things I should buy in order for the exterior. And than the interior. From most important to least important.

You are right. Let me just go through what I am planning on doing, and what I have purchased. I am focusing on the outside looks right now. I am painting within the month. I have bought the weather strip, and thats about it. I have no emblems or Iroc Z Decals. Im trying to think of what else I need on the outside.

 

Does it need bodywork? Are you going to bare metal?

Not much else you need other then decals and weatherstripping.

 

Well, There was a pretty shitty paint job or three. So I am thinking so. It does need some body work. But I am trying to figure out how to go about some of the things wrong with the body. Like, the floor panels, and the roof.

 

What's wrong with the floor and roof?

 

Painting mine right now. Don't forget to order new door handles, key cylinder plates, antenna grommet, side view mirror gaskets, etc. it's the little things that count.

 

This could go on for days.....Why don't you give us a few more details on what you have and what you are looking to do. You left the door wide open and provided no direction or a starting point.

 

Get a new set of front marker lights, 1Aauto carries them.

 

Right, I got a used fender, cause mine was hit before I bought it. The driver side floor has a hole in it, I haven't checked under the carpet for the other 85% of the car. The roof is/was really bad, I had to do a quick fix when I bought it, I have ttops and the only part of the roof there is, has a riveted piece of metal to it, and bubbling rust. Wheel wells need work. Wheels need work, the car has had many crappy Macco jobs on it, at least 3 different ones. Ground effects probably need to be replaced, one of the rear quarter ones is falling off, so I picked up a new one. Not one part of the car is aligned, which is annoying. The fenders don't match the doors, the nose cone doesn't match the nose cone. The hood pops up a little bit when shut, and isn't flush. Gahh. Ask me some questions. Lol. I need as much help as possible restoring this thing correctly. I am in love with it.

 

How about you post pics of your car showing everything that i wrong that needs attention. It sounds like you have a lot of body issues, maybe more than is worth repairing.

 

Honestly sounds worse than it is. Ill take pictures tomorrow.
