or: how hard do you guys think it would be to modify it?

it's been done, from what I understand cut out the dial face with a dremel, figure out what you want there, fabricate a plate to replace that area, mount switches, etc on plate and secure in place.

I gonna be redoing it soon, got a radio delete panel from some a Sunbird that has a Pontiac embossed on it. Gonna use that and add a digital clock from a Sable and move my switches closer together.

Will the roof console on the hard top fit on the headliner on the t-top? If so, I have one from a parts car that I may want to put on.

I've sold several of both the T-top and coupe versions, and their shapes are different: the T-top is flat, the couple curved, to accomodate the different rooflines. The couple version also has an extra part, a cardboard reenforcement piece that fits under the headliner.

Those darn rolley things are one of the dumbest things i have seen on a car!!!! even worse they used to rattle around alot when i used to have my speakers. I ended up takin them out and mounting my garage door opener in there but i moved out and have no garage door opener for my new house sooo i just have an ugly hole in there for now. thinkin of somethin elso to do with it in the meantime....
