The A/F meter splices into your O2 sensor wire. Should be pretty easy.

What are you talking about?

I had 3 Autometer Phantom Gauges in my 91 Z28 mounted on the A-Pillar. I had 2 1/16" Mechanical Oil Pressure and Water Temp. and an Air Fuel Gauge. I then traded my Air Fuel gauge for a Trans Temp Gauge which was also 2 1/16"! Now I have all electric trans temp oil prerssure and water temp.

No the Air Fuel gauge does not have a back light to it. But it is easy to read during day time and night time. It runs off LEDS and they are pretty bright enough so that you could read the "Lean, Stoitch and Rich" If not:
Red = Lean
Yellow = Stoitch (Perfect)
Green = Rich

Also I spliced my air fuel gaue in to the back of my computer on the wire that comes from the O2 to the compter. Very easy installation. One remote wire (For the O2 sensro, Ground, and Power.) Also I would recommend on any gauges that you install run and inline fuse just for added protection!

The Phantom Series are great. They accent White Face Gauge Overlays very nicely. Autometer is of the bect quality gauges I have ever seen. I would recommend them to anybody!
