Fiberglass doors

So we all know are doors are heavy and are door pins suck and so there for our doors sag and rub on the Gfx and scratches our nice paint so dose anybody know of any fiberglass or carbon fiber doors that are actually useable for dd so i can have my real window roll up and down ect?

No, not without a full roll cage with door bars. Generally, the doors sag when the hinges are worn out and need rebuilt.

ive replaced the hinges already once a few years back but the always start to sag again

Did you do upper and lower or just the lower pins? The upgraded upper hinge parts usually take dare of the problem unless the hinges have cracked.

so i looked at my door pins and the bottom hole is wobbled out so dose that mean i need to replace the whole bracket?

If the bushing is removed from the hole and it is elongated, yes you want to replace the hinge. No new ones available, eBay, classifieds, vendors here..... You could also weld the hole back up and re drill.

Your door pins and bushings are most likely wore out. I would recommend replacing them. I have a full set to do both upper and lowers on both the drivers and passenger doors that are listed in the TGO classified section (link). I highly doubt that the holes are enlarged but as another member suggested weld and drill might be your best bet before hinge replacement.

a bit of grease goes a long way, had lots of GMs, never dealt with door sag, now doors rusting out, yes....
