remove the trim and weather strip, get a knotted wire wheel or grinder and go to town. Stop when you hit good metal and replace.

Wow that is bad. You may have to find a donor car and cut the upper part of the windshield post and weld it back in. That will require some serious work but it may be your only choice.

Yes it's a car mr Lou battaglia sold me suspension is all rotted and floors . Battery area is completely rotted out lots of surface rust in engine bay

I would recomend to find another chassis. From what you described for rust of what you can see I imagine its much worst where you cant. Walk away from this chassis and find a donor or part this out and buy another car.
