The same ergonomically designed handle featured on the Hammer shifters. Fits your hand comfortably and features an aluminum or black finish with adapters for most popular SAE thread patterns.

if u have an auto, the handle probably won't work. I'm not sure how you would disengage the shifter.

No, you can't use an aftermarket **** on a stock shifter.

Not totally correct... There are aftermarket shift handles designed with the push in button like our cars use. And... I guess you could use a Hammer handle if you don't mind having the reverse lockout pushed in all the time (meaning no protection from inadvertantly locking up your tranny while the car is still in motion... nasty... ).

what if you put in the actual b&M shifter or any other aftermarket shifter, wouldn't it still be like that?

Are you referring to the reverse lockout? If so, aftermarket shifters have designed that into their designs. That's what the small t-handle in front of most aftermarket shifters is for - pull up on it to move the shifter out of park, into reverse, etc. In forward drive positions the aftermarket shifters usually ratchet (or something similar) so you can manually shift, one gear at a time, without any chance of accidentally shifting into reverse or park.
If you want to add something to the factory shifter, you need to take the lockout feature into account. There are aftermarket "T" handle shifters (just saw a faux carbon fiber one on this board) that have the push button.
