What type is it? If there is a hole in the arm itself, near the base, where it meets the spline...You lift the arm slightly, put a pin in the hole (a rivet works great for this, or a small allen wrench...), lower the arm back down, and rock gently back and forth while lifting.
Some have a tab at the spline itself, these are a little trickier...they make a tool for them, but you can pry the tab back which releases it off the spline. It's tough to hold the tab while lifting.
Good luck
Pull up and push down on the spring through the hole with the tip of a screwdriver and they pop right off. The tension on the spring coil pushes the spring into the relief in the pin, pushing in the spring moves it out of the notch. Otherwise just rock back and forth while pulling the arm off the pin and they usually will come off.
For my 1984 T/A, the only place at this time that supplies the OEM style wiper blades is the partsplaceinc. Same style used by GM for at last the 1970's & '80's
a-body & f-body cars. I purchased them & installed.
