91 Camaro, been using the link above as a guide. The front of my passenger's window is lower than the back of the window, and there doesn't seem to be any adjustment. It's not even close to coming into contact with the the front up stop (#3 in the guide) when rolled all the way up, so I know the front up stop doesn't need to be adjusted.
Have loosened #7 and #9, but there doesn't seem to be anything that can be moved/adjusted when I do. Am I missing something? Is there something else that needs to be loosened first? Been trying to figure this out for 5 years, have had a wind noise on the passenger's a-pillar and water leak on the front corner of the passenger's seat since I bought the car.
The t-top water leak guide ( https://www.kt-s.net/media/T-Top%20W...k%20Manual.pdf ) references a bolt #2 that can be loosed to rotate the window glass, but my car either doesn't have this bolt, or it's been replaced by a rivet that I can't see/find.
Sure would like to figure out how to do this, it's my last water leak.
Re: Adjusting pass window -- glass will not rotate
Pic from the link provided, 6 is what you need (you may or may not need to loosen #5), 7&9 adjust for & aft, 8 is the up stop(rear), 3 is up stop (front), 1&2 triangle seal pivot/adjust up/dn, plus two 10mm nuts under the wearther strip that will adjust/pivot in/out, 4&10 window slack at the top (dont make these too tight)...
NOT visible, but just below 7&9 are two 10mm bolts. These will adjust glass in/out at the top position.
#2 in the second link does what 3 does in the pic. Also that diagram looks like like the early 82-83 which differ from later years. There is no down stop, per sa. Just a grommet on the bottom of the rear guide. Most times it has dry rotted down to the rivet.
Re: Adjusting pass window -- glass will not rotate
Thanks, 84 1LE -- was able to figure it out. Apparently #6 cannot be adjusted unless the window is at least half way down. Was trying to adjust it with the window 1/3 of the way down, and it wouldn't budge.
