Wreck Nooooooo!

Well, bad news some guy up here ran a red while i was turning and we tagged.

I basically hit him head on in the side so all of my damage is in the front. It appears well basically both fenders are toast, the hood ( i have a ascd ss one so thats ok ) and everything in the front. Don't know what it took out on the engine haven't surveyed that damage yet. Anyways, it looks like it got to the sway bar but didn't get into the crossmember that goes to each wheel.

My question is what is the place to look for the most damage and where does that usually occur. It appears the inner fenders are ok (strut towers etc...) How bad does this seem???

91 RS ( in need of surgery )

thx

what all is involved in replacing those doghouses? is it pretty easy to get one out of a junkyard?

I've never taken them apart...

What do you mean a no fault accident? He ran a red,and hit you while you were turning so clearly he's at fault and should have to pay.

well here's the dumb indiana law, "your not supposed to enter an intersection (to turn left) unless you know you can make the turn before the light turns red" thats the dumbest f******* thing i have ever heard of...

I decided to part her out and try to get my loan payed off, i'm selling alot of stuff...

And I'm looking for a 91 or 92 Z28 w/ L98 Thats my next car, i'll wait until I find one too...

sounds like it would be totally his fault if i understand correctly. If he ran the red light then you had a green one, right? Which means you could make the turn before your light turned red. Am I assuming right?? If so, u shouldn't be worried. just my thought.

Peace...

Just saw the pics. were you hurt, man?? that's a hard hit!! it's not worth fixin her back up. If you don't get any $$$ then do as you planned and part her out. She will never drive or ride same. I feel for ya...
