i dont actually have my camaro yet...im still saving for it im just trying to look ahead and get a budget going on what im getting-anyways i thought this might be a good idea to get the turbo body kit because i would want to put a 4th gen rear end in it,and i know it is 2 inches wider on each side. This would also allow me to not have to buy spacers to use 4th gen rims on it.Here is a picture of it for those who havent seen it before:

its looks like a ****ty cheap version of a covette (the older ones) and i would rather see the evo kit at least its newer and in style more but i would rather stick with the stock look and throw the money into the motor, tranny, rearend and all the other parts. BUT thats just what i would do

About twenty years from now when it is time for my mid-life crisis, I think I get one of those turbo body kits. Tacky 80's here I come .

FYI, you'd still need spacers for the front wheels, and stock 4th gen wheels on a 4th gen rear are not gonna stick out any further than 3rd gen rims on a thirdgen rear. The only way to get the stuff to do what you're thinking is to swap in the 4th gen rear, but leave 3rdgen rims on it.
