Installation of Summit Brake Line Lock
Installation of Summit Brake Line Lock
Has anyone here installed the line lock from Summit Racing. Part Number SUM-760000?
I'm having a little bit of trouble with which line goes where? The instructions aren't entirely clear.
Does anyone have any pictures of how they did it? Or where they mounted it?
Many thanks for any help you guys can offer!

It's made by Hurst, and it's the best one available - got one on my car. They're stainless steel inside and they are also rebuildable.
I mounted my adjustable proportioning valve inside the car, on the inside of the left rocker panel, just ahead of the seat. Makes it real nice to make adjustments without having to get out of the car and pop the hood all the time. I also ran the brake line inside the car - it goes through the firewall, follows along the inside of the left rocker box, and exits through a hole towards the rear.

well i have a different type of line lock some company starting with a B cuz its like 40 bux or somethin
but anyways, in the instructions it puts it inbetween the two like i said so im tryin 2 find out why that does not work (plus its only got a single outlet) so i wouldnt have to worry about T-ing sh*t n what not. The less the better just because of these annoying fitting sizes.
