e-brake cable ripped
The part where the two cables from the brakes connect to the one cable going to the hand brake broke off. The problem is, the piece that holds the two cables together with the main cable is no where to be seen. Possibly hit the driveshaft and fell off?? I have no idea what its called or where to get it.
Here's a picture for reference:
Sorry I didn't take any pics because, I didn't have my camera with me, and my phone camera is crap. One of the ends of the brake cables where there is supposed to be a cylindrical shaped collet corroded to a ball shape, which I believe caused the thing to break loose, will I have to replace the whole cable or can I just get another collet for it?

The part in the middle is the equalizer. It would be easiest to just replace the cable instead of putting a new end on it.

It's probably a junkyard part, or you might find one with the Help! parts. "Self-adjuster cable/link" sounds more like the front cable.

Another question, how is the main cable connected to the equalizer? Because there is no collet at the end of the main cable, I don't know if it broke off or it wasn't there to begin with.

On the non-self-adjusting setup the end of the front cable is a threaded rod and the equalizer is held on and adjusted by a nut. I don't know how it works on the self-adjusting setup.

That sucks. There's no threaded rod on the cable. I will probably have to replace the whole assembly, unless I can ghetto rig it somehow.

Your car is a '91 so it won't have the adjustable threaded rod, yours is "non-adjustable". If I were in your place, I'd get one from a '89 or older car so you CAN have an adjustable one, IMO it would be better.
