Didn't SSBC just come out with an adjustable master cyl?

Ed, in running the c4 brakes on my third gen, would you recommend an adj prop valve, or stick with stock 1LE prop valve? Just curious. I have a wilwood unit, but I'm a little hesitant to cut up my lines. Thanks

norcalz28, I'm running a C4 front setup too and am using an adj. prop valve. I love this setup stops on a dime. I will warn ya, I have it setup to almost max pressure reduction for the rears. When I tested it, the rears would lock before fronts pretty easily with too much pressure.

I couldn't cut my stainless lines so what I did was left the factory valve in place, but removed the prop guts and replaced it with the 5/8" plug (do a search for "prop valve mod"). Then I plumbed the adj between the master and factory valve. This way I could always put things back together stock later.

CPP did.. link is posted above.

Personally, I'd just run a 1LE spec valve unless you just want to have more adjustability. The stock design works great, my car stops very well with full 1LEs and 1LE spec master and prop, no other mods.

I believe stock is 7/8"-1" but I havent' seen deifinte proof. I think there was a thread a while back on it, I'll look and post up later.
