The only cars that came with the dual piston front calipers and 12" rotors are the 1LE cars.

The spindles will require modification to employ the 1LE brakes--Along with others, I've done it--it's straightforward and not particularly difficult. A search will probably determine whether the 1LE's will fit your rims.

will the 12" disc and dual cal, bolt straight up

No they won't. They might fit inside the rims, I'm not too sure about that, but I don't think so because those particular rims have a "feature" on their inside surface that conflicts; but regardless, there's ALOT more to that brake upgrade than just slapping the rotors and calipers on a car.
This question gets asked every few days. Read a few of the posts on this board about the 1LE or LS1 or C5 brake upgrades, look at a couple of the sponsor sites, etc. There's TONS of info all over this BBS about this. There's no point in me repeating it over and over again. You'll find that ANY of the superior brake systems that I mentioned will cost you around $650-800 in parts, plus your labor, to install. If you're seriously interested in a brake upgrade I'd suggest the LS1 one; not because it's "better", because it's not, they're all about the same; but, when you go to buy replacement parts, you'll be buying stuff that fits hundreds of thousands of cars on the road, instead of stuff that fits only a few hundred. It's not alot of fun to need pads or whatever, and find that everything is "not available" or "not in stock" or "discontinued" or "special order only".

There is a sticky at the top of this forum about brake/wheel fit option. The GTA wheels will limit your choices. The LS1 swap should fit your wheels. Also search on this board for a guy named Ed Miller. He is a regular in the brake forum and has a ton of posts. I bought my Corvette brake kit from him and he was very helpful. Check the vendor board as well and you''d find alot of postive feedback on him.
