yes the lug nuts are tight, but if i jack the car up with the e-brake on i can move the wheel a tad bit forward and back the axle hub moves within the rotor, i just did some research, this brake kit was already on the 12 bolt i bought, and it seems they have .52" stud holes and the rear has 12mm stock studs.

It could be that you are hearing the brake pads moving in the caliper.

Rotor should self center on the end of axle. Hub centric.
If the mounting surfaces are square and the bolts are tight there can be no movement.
Make sure that you have the right lug nuts. If they are the wrong taper where they meet the wheel, it will cause what you mentioned. Also make sure that the lug nuts are not touching the rotor. They couls be too long.
I vote for wrong lug nuts.

i did not get the rotors back from my uncle yet, the lug nuts are fine, the wheel doesnt move on the axle, the axle moves within the rotor stud holes. when i get the rotors back i'll check it out.

with 5 studs clamping down the rim to the rotor to the axle through the studs each at 90-110 foot pounds, it is highly impossible to have any movement between these pieces unless there is no clamping force due to rim interference or lug nut interference.
