You might clean the rust from the rotors with a Scotch pad or some such thing, but at the first hint of water, the rust will be back. You could always paint the hub with POR-15, if you wished.

You might consider doing the work yourself. Though you probably can't match the color with the following suggestion, Duplicolor makes a kit:

Re: price/place to get calipers painted.
Check out VHT's line of Brake & Hi-Temp line of paints.
They're all available in a basic selection of colors.
(I used red on the rotors, to match car, and gold
on the calipers for contrast. And then clear for extra
protection. Oldest son says it looks like a pimp-mobile,
but good taste is not one of his better attributes.
)
I use the Clear on several other parts, with good results.
When "cured", the surface is very hard.
VHT was purchased by Duplicolor, and the products are
now marketed by O'Reilly's. The stores don't carry all
colors of all types of paint, but I had part numbers from
the VHT web-site, & they would order anything I wanted.
As far as rotors, check the price of new ones, vs.
your time for cleaning/prepping rusty ones.
And you'll be much happier if you do it all yourself.
Good luck, and post some pics of the results.

Re: price/place to get calipers painted.
Hey man you are the man. I recommend get this stuff at walmart in the auto department, it rust-oiliium rust converter primer -> or something, you sand very little and use brake cleaner first, then you spray this primer, it converts the rust into primer. it stops the rust and stuff. its like 5 bucks, then pick up a can of the dupli-color spray paint, not the brush kit, the spray can kit is good value at 8 bucks at autozone. good luck, with some masking tape, youre good to go dude. pro quality paint job for less than twenty.

Re: price/place to get calipers painted.
You can purchase reman calipers for like $12-15 each from one of the chains. You won't have to clean the rust off and you'll know they're good. They will come with a light coat of oil on them that will have to be cleaned before you can paint them. Let the paint cure a few days before installing them and be careful when bleeding. Brake fluid is paint's enemy. I've used POR 15 on them with good luck too.
While you're there you should consider replacing the brake hoses as well.
Do not try to paint your rotors. If they're lightly rusted the brake pads will sweep that clean once they start getting used. If they're pitted you'll need to have them turned or replace them. Do not replace with cheap chinesium rotors. Get a name brand.
