Wecome to TGO. You should find what you need on any 82-88 thirdgen (the switch to PBR's came in 89). Since there's a difference in bolt patterns between 9- and 10- bolt rears, you'll need to determine which you have. The bone yards should be full of them. Or you might consider a post in our classifieds. Another choice is to contact the following sponsor:

Re: rear disk brake brackets

There are many members who upgrade their brakes from OE. I'd place an advert in the classifieds. You might e-mail thirdgenranch.

Re: rear disk brake brackets

Are you looking for the backing plates for the cast iron calipers? I have a set left over from a brake upgrade, I have the calipers too, but one is shot (piston fully extended and detached) and maybe suitable for a core as their core charge is more than the caliper. Also have the rotors which are almost new, litte surface rust from sitting in the garage.

These are the calipers that mount one on the front side of the axle and one on the rear (both carry the same part number).

Re: rear disk brake brackets

How's $40 plus shipping for rotors and backing plates. I can find rotors new for about $30 each and these are almost new, but will need turned. I have to find a box and see what shipping will be.

Re: rear disk brake brackets

PM me your address and I'll get a shipping quote to you. You'll have to wait until next Saturday because Post Office and UPS stores are closed when I get home from work and no way to get to one while at work. I do have a Pay-Pal account if you're comfortable with that.
