What vehicles can you get 4 Piston Brembos from besides Camaro SS/CTS-V ?

I know some are different mounting and Piston Dia.

Ive seen some one on here awhile back on here running porshe Brembos i believe ... Forgot exactlly who it was

and are the rear 4 Piston Brembo Have Different piston Dia. Correct compared to Camaro SS/CTS-V

some porsches have radial mounted brakes

i seen one guy on here that had porshe brakes on a thirdgen i actually bout wheels off of him lol i think i stll have his pm

example depending on casting they have different mounting

damn no wonder now i havent seeing any good deals you beat me to them lol...keep an eye out on the parting out camaros thats how i found my camaro brembos for $250 for all of them

I will say, the Camaro/CTS-V are easily the cheapest I have seen, new or used.

Radial mount is actually a huge advantage as it makes mounting a lot more flexible.

I wonder if the mounting hole have remained in the same location as they did with the C5 & C6.

 

would you be able to come up with bracket for radial mounted brake for third gen or shall i say is it possibal ?

ive found multiple brembo brake calipers mostly radial mounted porsche setups for $150-180 for pair which i think is a steal piled up in a warehouse so i want to jump on the deal still

 

thats what i was woundering about i know there are different castings for 4 or 6 piston brakes but depending on casting the mounting varies

 

It should be pretty easy. Just a custom job. And unless you have the tech sheet on the caliper, I would need the caliper to take measurements. Send me a pm about the calipers, I'd be curious what all you found.

GM has been really good about keeping the Vette caliper mounting consistent. It will be interesting to see.

i understand that and GM is consistent with that it makes since and its less expensive to carry over parts then new development

i was mainly getting at what cars have same casting as cts-v or camaro ss it would be intresting to see what other cars other than GM you would beable to get brembos from other than ctsv or camaro ss

 

know this is old but anyone that sees this and can comment on it I am finding the new ats brembo brakes pretty cheap as there are a lot out there used now in salvage yards. So many got premium brakes on them 2013 and up. Part number is different then camaro ss and the early ctsv so trying to come up with measurements of that caliper since so many brackets out there already. I am going to pull my own 2013 ats wheels today and find out the dimentions so just need something to compare to on it.
