Pulls right then centers when braking
So my car has this wierd issue where when braking and it isnt everytime but about 80% of the time, but it pulls right then back center. Like one caliper was coming on faster then the other. So I put new calipers on the vehicle and still same problem. Now my drivers side front control arm bushings are a little worn do you think that can cause the issue. Its not severe but it is annoying. And again its not just to the right it happens real quick but its a tug to the right then back center. Very wierd... anyone come across this before?

Re: Pulls right then centers when braking
Happens all the time.
It'll get progressively worse... it'll eventually get to where the car pulls left all the time, until you hit the brakes at which point it will VIOLENTLY JERK right, then when you let off the brakes, go back to pulling left. If you hit the brakes real hard, it'll pull left even worse when you let off of them.
Cause is, the fittings at the ends of the rubber hose (left front in your case) have rusted the teeeeeny tiny hole in them almost shut. Fluid can't get in there as fast as it can on the right.
Replace em both. They're CHEEEEEEP.

It's not necessarily rust, but the inner liner of the hose can come loose from the braid & it will do the same thing. Initial fluid pressure will close off the hose. Regardless... change the brake hoses.

I agree, it's a restriction in the lines. Almost always a brake hose. Like Lonnie P said, could be the inner liner collapsing and causing the restriction. You'd never see it externally.

Re: Pulls right then centers when braking
The 84-88 version usually has four lines: two front, one at the diff, and one at the pass side caliper. 89-92 has five lines: two front, one at the diff, and one at each caliper.
